In addition to all of the aforementioned, we would like to add an indispensable part of our company, which is training. Appropriate psychological preparation is a fundamental pillar of our training structure. With a real situation, an individual without sufficient mental capacity and resistance will not appropriately respond to circumstances, especially if they must face unknown impulses, as occurs in the majority of emergency situations. As such, we use psychological preparation as the base for all of our Training Plans.
Our experienced assessors are trained to prepare and execute all sorts of training processes for Security and Protection, in any client operative zone. Training services are especially oriented toward local security personnel that the client normally hires at their project site, or partially toward their employees and collaborators carrying out work there.
