The Project Principals will receive details of the varying options which can be one solution or a combination of two or more or simply first start with our tailored “Invitation Only” Wealth Enhancement Program, all with the goal to source 100% finance and to provide procedures where we can confidently say the interest of the Principal has been considered, respected and acknowledged with the highest priority.
We have harmonized our Capital Sourcing acceptance criteria with the international standards for a better Planet Earth and will be guided by high business, environmental & social standards.
JJC Elite Private Office Services Ltd. will not assist with the sourcing of finance, funding or grants for any activity, production, use, distribution, business or trade involving and mentioned within, but not limited to the exclusion list below:
Exclusion List:
- Forced/harmful or other forms of exploitative forms of labor or child labor
- Activities or materials deemed illegal under host country laws or regulations or international conventions and agreements, or subject to international phase-outs or bans, such as:
a) Ozone depleting substances, PCBs (Polychlorinated Biphenyls) and other specific, hazardous pharmaceuticals, pesticides/herbicides or chemicals;
b) Wildlife or products regulated under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species or Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES); or
c) Unsustainable fishing methods (e.g. blast fishing and drift net fishing in the marine environment using nets in excess of 2.5 km in length) - Harmful or other forms of exploitative forms of professional & non-professional gender equality (between Women and Men)
- Cross-border trade in waste and waste products, unless compliant to the Basel Convention and the underlying regulations.
- Destruction of High Conservation Value areas
- Deforestation or destruction of fauna & flora:
a) Commercial logging operations for use in primary tropical moist forest
b) Production or trade in wood or other forestry products other than from sustainably managed forests
c) and other similar activities - Radioactive materials and unbounded asbestos fibres
- Production,trade and/or distribution of Non-biodegradable plastics
- Pornography and/or prostitution
- Racist and/or anti-democratic media
- Production, trade, storage, or transport of significant volumes of hazardous chemicals, or commercial scale usage of hazardous chemicals.
- Production or activities that impinge on the lands owned, or claimed under adjudication, by Indigenous Peoples, without full documented consent of such peoples
- Hazardous chemicals , fossil fuels or derivatives of such as gasoline, kerosene, oil, coal and other petroleum products. (Except Natural Gas)
- Production or activities that are proven to be part and/or cause of Pollution, Global Warming & Climate change
- In the event that any of these following products form a substantial part of a project’s primary financed business activities:
a) Alcohol beverages (except beer and wine)
b) Tobacco
c) Weapons and munitions
d) Gambling, casinos and equivalent enterprises (only if it results in primary business activity) - Companies located in countries that we will not be able to actively assist with the sourcing of funding:
a) USA, North Korea, Myanmar, South Sudan,…
b) In active War or support Terror
c) Active dictatorships with Human Rights Issues or actively cause poverty
d) Suffer Government corruption
Project Principal Profile:
- Experienced business person with project tertiary education and/or proven operational track record (BIO – CV will be required)
- Never has suffered any bankruptcy or insolvency.
- Never been banned from acting as a company director.
- Never been convicted of any type of criminal offence or malpractice records or other monitoring offences.
- Having environmental, humanitarian, gender equality, fair-trade, wellbeing & altruistic values.
- Having made a personal investment in the project of minimum of 1% of the total project capital amount and/or owns the asset (Land, Buildings, etc..).
- The applicant company is an existing and registered identity.
- The applicant company has a positive balance sheet over the last 12 – 36 months.
- Have unencumbered cash funds available of minimum $250.000 USD (Required only for the Non-Recourse Funding Route).
*Please note that other criteria and conditions might apply for projects in Developing Countries (Africa, South America, Asia,…).
